Holiday questions
When should I order for Dec 24?
By the dates at the top of this page. They're worked out for every shop on Giftyy from the carriers' usual times, and before you approve an order the app shows when that gift should arrive.
What if it arrives late?
The dates are carrier estimates, not a guarantee, and holiday weeks are busy. If the day matters, order a few days before the last date or pick a faster speed. Local treats are picked up in the shop, so they don't depend on the mail.
Do I need their address?
No. Giftyy asks them for it and keeps it private, so the gift stays a surprise.
Do they need the app to watch my video?
No. A Giftyy Card comes with the gift. They scan it and a private page opens with your message, no account needed.
Can it stay anonymous until they open it?
Yes. Updates never name you or the item, and an anonymous gift stays anonymous until they scan the card.
Where can I send gifts?
Anywhere in the United States. In Pittsburgh and the Bay Area, local shops also have treats ready for pickup.
