Delete your Giftyy account

In the Giftyy app

Open Settings, tap your name at the top, then Account and Delete account. Your account closes right away and is deleted for good after 90 days. Signing in again before then lets you restore it.

Without the app

Email info@giftyy.store with the subject "Delete my Giftyy account", from the email address on your account or with the phone number you sign in with. We confirm it's you and close the account within 30 days. It is deleted for good 90 days later, unless you sign in and restore it first.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in, profile, address and gift preferences
• Your circle, occasions, chats with Giftyy, memories, videos and photos
• Your saved payment cards and any Giftyy Plus subscription bought on our website
• Notifications and device registrations

Videos, replies and photos you gave inside a gift stay with the person who received it. Your orders are kept for our records without your name.

What we keep

• Order records, without your name or account, as required for accounting and tax
• Gifts already on their way are still delivered
• Your name on the gift profiles friends made for you, without your contact details

Giftyy Plus bought through Google Play or the App Store is cancelled in that store.
