How long can my video message be?
Up to 60 seconds on Free, or 3 minutes in 1080p on Plus. You can attach a photo or video memory too.
How do they watch the video?
A Giftyy Card comes with the gift. When they scan it, a private page opens with your video message and any memory you attached.
Do they need the app to watch it?
No. The gift opens fully on the web and keeps for 60 days, with no account needed. If they get the app, it stays in their Memories, next to their reaction.
Do I need the app to send one?
Yes. Sending happens in the Giftyy app, on iPhone or Android. The app is free, and you pay for the gifts you send. The Giftyy Card is included.
Can I add the video after I order?
Yes, any time before the gift ships.
Do they have to record a reaction?
No, it's always their choice. If they do, Giftyy plays your message and their reaction together, and you can reply once.
Who can see my video?
Whoever holds the Giftyy Card or link. The page is unlisted and never indexed, so it won't turn up in search.
Can the gift stay a surprise?
Yes. You can send anonymously: updates never name you or the item, and an anonymous gift stays anonymous until they scan the card.
Where can I send gifts?
Anywhere in the United States. Gifts ship from shops across the US, and in some cities local shops have them ready for pickup.
